For Contractors who have elected to provide the materials and/or service “In-Kind”, THANK YOU! We will email you a Letter of Agreement outlining the terms of your donation.  Please complete the form and return it as instructed in the Agreement.
 
For Donors who have elected to cover the full cost of a component or service, THANK YOU!  We will email you an Invoice with instructions on how to submit your contribution.
 
For Donors who will contribute a portion of a component or service, THANK YOU! Please click here to make your donation, selecting the “Home for the Holidays” Campaign Option.  If you desire for your contribution to go to a particular area, please list this in the “Donor Note” section.
